Why healthy eating is important?

Your body uses good healthy diet to the energy needed to create moving, enjoy the work and life. Fruits, vegetables, meat and fish you eat regularly, you give your body what it needs through the nutrients they contain. Calories from more resources, more available energy. Basically, the nutrients that your body can not produce itself and come to the need to eat healthy foods. Water We consist of water made by 80%. Did you ever lose water from your body when you sweat and breathe you? You will begin to hydrate your body and yourself, what you always need water. Then extended to another 6-8 glasses during the day to maintain a good water balance in the body upright. Carbohydrates Carbohydrates, as they are commonly called, together with fats are for your body to produce energy. One (1) gram of carbohydrates contain approximately four (4) calories. You do not cut all the fat in the diet, but of bad eating fat sources to go for a good source of fat. Protein Protein is an important nutrient that many people do not get enough. Protein by the body to be used as an energy source, has one (1) gram of protein four (4) calories. That is one reason why low-carb, fat and protein-rich diets of people who are trying to reduce body fat. Vitamins and minerals Your body needs adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals daily. These two nutrients in your body to assist in all functions. Everyday functions such as moving, thinking, heal sore muscles and injuries as well as helping to break carbohydrates, fats and proteins that require the energy consumption of vitamins and minerals.
