Why healthy eating is important?
Your body uses good healthy diet to the energy needed to create moving, enjoy the work and life. Fruits, vegetables, meat and fish you eat regularly, you give your body what it needs through the nutrients they contain. Calories from more resources, more available energy.
Basically, the nutrients that your body can not produce itself and come to the need to eat healthy foods.
Water
We consist of water made by 80%. Did you ever lose water from your body when you sweat and breathe you? You will begin to hydrate your body and yourself, what you always need water. Then extended to another 6-8 glasses during the day to maintain a good water balance in the body upright.
Carbohydrates

Volume. Yang normal dalam hai ini adalah dua hingga lima sentimeter kubik (kira-kira 1/2 hingga 1 sendok teh).
